Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing video ads for social platforms and adult sites focused on user acquisition and engagement.
- Handle full editing & post-production: idea to final output including audio, graphics, and color grading.
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and generative video tech to speed up production.
- Develop concepts and storyboards based on performance data (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS).
- Optimize videos for different formats and stay ahead of short-form and NSFW advertising trends.
- Deliver emotionally compelling, conversion-optimized content while meeting platform guidelines.
Qualifications Required
Hard Skills:
- 4+ years in video editing with a strong portfolio of paid marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, motion design, and sound design.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
