Key Skills Required:
R&D: Experience in process development, multi-step synthesis, and scaling up of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
ADL: Expertise in analytical method development, validation, and handling instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and IR.
Compliance: Strong understanding of cGMP and GLP documentation.
