Current Job Openings (March 2026)

Key Technical Responsibilities

1. Upstream Operations (Drug Substance)

• Cell Culture & Fermentation: Managing bioreactors and large-scale fermentation processes for vaccine production.

• Media Preparation: Handling complex media preparation and sterilization protocols.

• Aseptic Handling: Operating in Grade A/B environments using isolators or RABS.

2. Downstream Operations (Purification)

• Purification Techniques: Hands-on experience with Chromatography (AKTA systems), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration (UF/DF).

• Clarification: Operating high-speed centrifuges and depth filtration systems.

• Viral Inactivation: Execution of virus culture handling and inactivation steps.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Strict adherence to cGMP and WHO-GMP guidelines.

• Reviewing and maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

• Handling deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change controls.
