Eligibility Criteria (As of June 1, 2026)

1. Age Frontiers

  • Manager (Scale-II): 25 to 30 years
  • Senior Manager (Scale-III): 28 to 35 years
  • Chief Manager (Scale-IV): 32 to 42 years
  • Age Relaxations: standard extensions apply (3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10–15 years for PwBD).

2. Educational & Experience Benchmarks

  • Credit Analyst Ranks: Must possess a Graduation degree along with preferred professional qualifications like CA / CFA / CMA or a full-time MBA / PGDM (Finance).
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years for Scale-II and 6 years for Scale-III in credit processing/assessment under Public, Private, or Foreign banks/NBFCs. (A 1-year experience relaxation applies to direct CA/CMA holders).
  • Relationship Management Ranks: Graduation degree required (MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing is preferred) alongside post-qualification institutional banking or corporate credit sales experience.
  • Credit History: Candidates must possess a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at the time of joining.

Selection Methodology

Depending on the volume of applications received, the bank will deploy the following evaluation architecture:
