Role Overview
Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator (Online Learning & Programs)

Location Requirement: Must reside in Argentina or Brazil (to align with specific global team operations).
Working Hours: Must overlap with core global office hours (9 AM – 1 PM EST).
Key Responsibilities
You will assist in the daily operations of online learning cohorts for software professionals:
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for learners, distributing materials and answering inquiries.
Logistics & Administration: Manage digital environments like Zoom rooms, Google Drive organization, and Slack communications.
Editorial Support: Coordinate “Capstone” projects by tracking deadlines and participant information.
Trainer Coordination: Organize session materials for facilitators and ensure sessions are ready to launch.
Data Tracking: Maintain databases, track attendance, and compile results from feedback surveys.
Requirements
Education/Experience: A recent degree or 1–2 years of experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
Skills: Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken) and sharp attention to detail.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack. Experience with CRMs, Figma, or basic HTML is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel to the USA or Europe 1–3 times per year (avg. 4–8 days each) for conferences and company meetings.
