Department-Wise Openings
1. Production (Injectable)
Candidates must have experience in aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing environments.
Supervisors (5–12 Years Exp.): Responsible for line supervision and thorough documentation. Must be familiar with Compounding, Autoclave operations, and Vial Washing/Tunnel/Filling lines.
Machine Operators (2–6 Years Exp.): Hands-on experience in operating Vial Washing, Tunnel, Capping, Filling, and Autoclave machines.
2. Packing
Supervisors (5–12 Years Exp.): Focus on line management, documentation, and QMS (Quality Management Systems).
Machine Operators (8–10 Years Exp.): Specialized experience in Visual Inspection (Automatic Inspection Machines) and Leak Test Machines.
3. Engineering
Technicians (2–4 Years Exp.): Focused on Plant Maintenance (Electrical). Candidates should be adept at troubleshooting and preventive maintenance within a pharma utility setting.
Core Requirements
To be considered, candidates across all roles must meet these three non-negotiable criteria:
Pharma Exposure: Direct experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant is mandatory.
Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in documentation as per international regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, etc.).
