Man Fatally Shot During Wedding Procession in Uttar Pradesh Over Alleged Love Affair

In a tragic incident during a wedding procession in Etawah district, an 18-year-old man named Lavkush was allegedly shot dead by the father of a girl he was reportedly involved with. The incident occurred late Monday night in Khedahelu village.(Hindustan Times)
According to police reports, Lavkush, a resident of neighboring Auraiya district, was staying at his sister’s house in Khedahelu. Around midnight, he attempted to meet the girl at her residence. At that time, her father, Anil Kumar, allegedly opened fire, fatally wounding Lavkush. Villagers, upon hearing the gunshot, found Lavkush lying in a pool of blood near Anil Kumar’s house.(Hindustan Times)
