TVS Apache RTX 300 15th October Launch Likely

TVS Apache RTX 300 Set for October 15 Launch: India’s New Adventure Bike on the Horizon

TVS Motor is getting ready to roll out its first adventure motorcycle, and it’s creating quite a stir among riders in India. After a quick tease at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year, the company has sent out invites hinting at an October 15 debut for the Apache RTX 300. If you’re into bikes that handle both roads and trails, this could be worth watching. Let’s break it down.

Apache RTX 300 October 15 Launch

The adventure bike market in India is heating up, with players like Hero MotoCorp, Royal Enfield, and KTM already in the mix. TVS wants a piece of that action with the RTX 300, its entry under the new RTX lineup for crossover rides, sitting alongside the RTR and RR series.

This isn’t a full-on dirt machine—think more of a semi-faired tourer built for light off-road fun, like gravel paths or weekend getaways. Spy shots and patents show a solid setup: 19-inch front wheel, 17-inch rear, both with dual-sport tires for grip on mixed surfaces.

On the suspension side, it sports upside-down front forks in a sharp gold finish and a rear mono-shock for smooth handling. Brakes are single discs front and back, with dual-channel ABS to keep things safe. TVS is known for packing in tech, so expect rider aids like traction control or riding modes.

Design-wise, it’s got a tough look with a tall windscreen for wind protection, a beak-style front fender that screams adventure, plus knuckle guards, a bash plate, and racks for luggage. It feels practical for long hauls.

What to Expect?

Look for a digital TFT display similar to the Apache RTR 310, maybe with Bluetooth connectivity. Pricing should be aggressive, especially with recent tax changes helping keep costs down.

Power comes from TVS’s fresh RT-XD4 engine—a 299cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder putting out about 35 horsepower and 28.5 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. It should deliver peppy performance without breaking the bank on fuel.

All in all, the RTX 300 could shake up the segment. Stay tuned for the official reveal next week.
