Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Electrician/Mechanic-Cum-Operator (Fitter/Welder): SSC/10th Pass + ITI (NTC) in relevant trade.
- Mine Foreman/Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mining or equivalent + valid Mine Foreman’s/Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).
- Mine Mate/Blaster: SSC/10th Pass.
- Overall: 10th, ITI, Diploma, or Degree in relevant fields.
- Age Limit (as on closing date, relaxations for reserved categories as per govt. norms):
- Electrician/Mechanic-Cum-Operator: Up to 30 years.
- Blaster-II: Up to 35 years.
- Mine Mate-I: Up to 40 years.
- Mine Foreman/Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman: Up to 45 years.
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
- Experience: Not mandatory for entry-level posts; preference for relevant mining experience where specified.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay matrix with allowances as per MOIL norms (approx. CTC: ₹4-7 LPA depending on grade and experience).

Selection Process
- Computer-Based Online Test (CBT): 90 minutes, 100 MCQs (Objective Type) – General Knowledge (10 marks), Reasoning (10 marks), Subject Knowledge (80 marks). Bilingual (Hindi/English). Held on the same day/shift for all posts.
- Document Verification: For shortlisted candidates.
- Shortlisting: MOIL reserves the right to shortlist based on merit/vacancies.
- No interview for most posts; final selection based on CBT scores.
- Admit cards and exam date to be announced on the official website.
