Denisa Maria Adas, the last track left by a telephone cell

The last known trace of Denisa Maria Adas, a 30-year-old Romanian woman who disappeared from a residence in Prato, Italy, on the night of May 15-16, 2025, was detected through her mobile phones. According to reports, her two cell phones registered activity after her final 38-minute call with her mother around 11:30 PM on May 15. Specifically, one of her phones connected to a cell tower at 2:43 AM on May 16, approximately six minutes by car from the residence in via Ferrucci, near the Prato Est highway exit. Additionally, her phones were briefly reactivated that night, allowing a brief exchange of data with at least two other devices before being switched off again. These connections are a key focus of the ongoing investigation, which leans toward the hypothesis of abduction, though it remains unclear whether Denisa or her potential captors were using the phones.
