The bank has officially extended the registration deadline, giving candidates a second opportunity to apply online for these central banking training positions.

Key Eligibility Criteria
Before proceeding to the online application form, ensure that you fulfill the following core cut-off conditions (calculated as of May 1, 2026):
- Educational Qualification: Must hold a Graduation Degree (Bachelor’s) in any discipline from a recognized university.Note for NATS applicants: The date of passing graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date.
- Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years.
- Age Relaxations: Standard age relaxations apply for reserved categories (SC/ST get 5 years, OBC-NCL gets 3 years, and PwBD candidates get up to 10–15 years).
- Exclusions: Candidates who have already undergone an apprenticeship training program elsewhere or possess more than 1 year of post-qualification professional experience are not eligible.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection parameters for the 2026 batch are unique and include a remotely monitored evaluation:
- Stage 1 – Online Examination: A 60-minute online proctored test (100 questions, 100 marks) with no negative marking. It can be taken remotely from home using a smartphone or laptop.
- Stage 2 – Document Verification (DV): Conducted at designated regional bank centers.
- Stage 3 – Local Language Proficiency Test: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state they choose to apply for.
Step-by-Step Online Application Procedure
Candidates must complete a dual registration process to successfully submit their candidacy.

Go to the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or NAPS Portal. Create your basic profile and save your unique Enrolment ID/Registration Code.
2.Access the Official Bank Portal:Step 2.
Visit the Bank of Baroda Careers Portal or navigate directly to the application link. Select “Apprentice Recruitment 2026”.
3.Fill out the Detailed Application:Step 3.
Input your personal information, address, and academic records. Select your single preferred state and up to three preferred training center preferences.
4.Upload Documents & Pay Fee:Step 4.
Upload clear scanned copies of your passport photo, signature, and graduation certificate. Complete your application fee payment through the digital gateway to secure your submission before June 15, 2026.

Fees must be paid online via the integrated payment channel and are non-refundable:
- General / OBC / EWS (Male Candidates): ₹800 + applicable GST
- General / OBC / EWS (Female Candidates): ₹600 + applicable GST
